08/08/08 Great day!

Went to sch with no bag(1st time) but kinda felt naked with no bag on me. Then there was the usual blah blah blah national day stuff with ppl in uniform walking and 1 guy causing noise pollution. Then the 'LONG MARCH' to ccab began. We walked n walked n walked b4 finally reaching there, drenched with sweat. Actually it was not as long as i thot it would be lol. Did the mass dance had a couple of juice drinks and it was over. Yeah!!

Then me jong n nick wanted to go have breakfast but we decided to kick ball for a while. Played for about 2hrs till 1245. I was like a kid seeing santa when playing soccer. So happy to finally get to play ball. C'mon. My team was me jong nick Donny and Paul maxi. Donny and Paul went off to play pool at BT after that n me jong n nick took a cab to prata house. damn tired to take bus. Our breakfast plan became lunch. lol. Then we 3 went to my house to change n wash up b4 meeting waldron n Jon cham at meridian pool. Jong had to cancel his dental appointment and we arrived at meridian 1 hr late lol. Jon cham nearly ate me up for that. Played pool till like 6 n i went to newton mrt to meet up with the kumz clubbers. P.S. I dont suck at pool that much.

Me K7 ami asyraf Gan Hisyam hisyam's gf(ayu) and her cousin met there b4 walking to newton circus to meet the rest of the ppl (sri shauqi shawn sathia dickson n Jk). Quite sad satish n Huz couldn't make it. Had seafood.......nice food. It was great meeting up with these great ppl after some time n we talked cock for damn long. Shawn Gan Sathia then went to arab st to do U-noe-what.(sathia obviously dint go for that lol). The rest of us wanted to go play pool then decided we shall be good boys n go home instead. I reached home showered and went straight to bed knowing that i had spent a significant day with my dearest frens.

WELCOME ROBBIE KEANE!!!!!!!! Yes liverpool signed another blockbuster of a player this week, robbie keane. Considering he is 28, 20 million pounds on him seems huge but he is a proven goalscorer in the EPL and is smart enough to link up with torres. There are few players who use their head while playing and keane is one of them. He is gonna wear the legendary no.7 and lets hope he doesn't suffer the same fate as kewell though. Keane is a lifelong Liverpool fan and this is a dream move for him and hopefully his arrival will make Liverpool's dream come true also,English title no.19. The EPL smells closer now than ever b4.

With the good part aside lets look at the not-so-good stuff...studies and school. The maths lecturer(dunno name) is moving at a pace which is faster than torres. He covers a topic in like 2 lectures and when we copy down he tells us to copy just the 1st and last part cos he says the rest r damn easy n we should how to do it. WAT THE BLEH man. And physics.......the 1st thing the lecturer said about Superposition "Its gonna be super hard". If its hard don't say it...so it will at least seem normal.......so demoralising now. Surprisingly chemistry is about drawing now. lol. And the compounds are having cute names like 2,2-dimethylbutane and all. Econs?? I think the topic is smth about international trade. And trust me thats all i know about that topic.

Today my class celebrated the August ppls' birthdays and there are 6 of them. Tian ye,Isabelle,Liqun,Yihui,Yifeng and Spongebob's bestie....Patrick. Happy Birthday ppl. Sang the birthday song 6 times b4 getting to eat the cake. See, even for this u gotta work hard to enjoy the reward. HAHA. Smth i need to follow for promos which are like in 50+ days. But after that there will be 3 long months of holidays....woohoo. But first must get promoted. KK i will stop here.........cant wait for EPL to start. Cmon Liverpool............end the drought this season!!!!!!!!!!

Life

"Education can gurantee success in one's life". thats the Gp essay homework title. Obviosuly u gotta disagree with it and write an essay but thats not the main point. Surprisingly this made me think.....how can education or anything for that matter gurantee success in life when life itself is not a gurantee(see i can think this kinda cool stuff). Seriously we take a lot of things for granted in life...we expect to wake up from the bed,shower,expect breakfast to be ready,expect the bus to come to get us to school,expect a seat in class then come home and be able to do so many stuff and the cycle continues. All these things are routine in our life, most of us dont even think what will happen without this stuff cos its like "wtf man....its supposed to be there". We take things for granted. For kids in some countries, bed is a luxury, having a meal itself is a luxury,taking a bus ride is like OMG,being able to attend school and getting to seat on a plastic chair is a dream....n using a computer....i dont even think they dream of such things. Since life itself is not a gurantee(anything can happen any moment) its time we start appreciating this kinda "small" things in life rather than whining about what we dont have we gotta appreciate the stuff we do have. "If u cant have what u want, we happy with what u have". We also have to appreciate the ppl around us who love us rather than cry over ppl who dont. How many of us actually tell our parents "i love u" or a simple "goodnight" b4 going to bed. For all u noe u may never have a chance to say it the next day(touchwood!!!!!!). So if u r reading this post, get up go to ur parents and say u love them. ok done that? good. Next, since life aint a gurantee we gotta enjoy life to the max while we can. But make sure its not at other ppls expense meaning laughing at someone which will hurt the person's feelings. As long as it doesnt hurt others physically or mentally and is not against the law then any fun is fine. So if u feel like dancing....dance. feel like singing......just sing. Dont care what others say cos these ppl r just ppl who r afraid to do what they really want due to fear of being outcasted by society. they cant enjoy they dont want u to do the same also. Remember no matter how rich or poor,how lucky or not everyone can only life live once. yeah so live it the max but make sure u dont neglect everything else in life. Phew....i cant believe i just typed this......hopefully it makes sense. lol. I am also trying to follow this...its hard but i noe it worth it. hehe. thks for reading. Goodnight and bye.

MYE results

Fuck it. WTH. Failed maths n chem. Actually both expected. Maths lots of ppl fail. Chem considering i do so slow and left huge chunk blank expected to fail also. My 1st time failing maths lol. Wahhhh sian. How to get promoted now? Nvm i will try to study and pass. And PTM is coming. My mum dint react much to my results though............just said "see la still play soccer.....just dont retain". lol. I will try mum.......i really will. Bye.

Wimbledon Final 2008

Rafael Nadal ended Roger Federer's five-year reign as king of Wimbledon on Sunday with a 6-4 6-4 6-7 6-7 9-7 victory in the longest and one of the most dramatic men's singles finals seen at the All England Club.
The 22-year-old Nadal survived an incredible Federer fightback to become the first Spaniard to win the grasscourt grand slam since Manuel Santana in 1966. He is also the first man since Bjorn Borg in 1980 to win the French Open and Wimbledon in the same year. If fed had won he would have broken Borg's record of 5 wimbledon titles. Well either way Borg had to lose a record. hehe.

After two rain interruptions the players returned to court for a third time with light fading fast and in a nerve-shredding finale the contest ended with Nadal collapsing to the dusty baseline after a Federer forehand struck the net.

It seemed over for federer when nadal took a 2-0 lead. then in the 3rd set the heavens decided it should save its son, God Federer and brought the rain. It certainly helped federer who came back and produced a stunning display to prove why he is world No.1. It was little unfair to Nadal as the crowd were clearly cheering Federer on from the 3rd set onwards well u cant blame them for wanting a 5 setter final. Nadal was still hanging on bringing fed to tie-breaks in the next 2 sets but narrowly losing out.

Then came the 5th set....tied at 2-2 40-40......the rain came down again. i was shouting fuck to the rain. But the match was too good so i still nvr go slp. 1st rain had helped fed cool down n bring the best out of him. But this rain was just testing the patience of the fans for sure. Play resumed. tied at 7-7. Neither one wanted to be broken on their serve. But nadal's ambition and hunger paid off he broke fed and won the match on his serve. It was worth the 8 hrs i watched the game. And federer interview was stunning. he is truly world class despite losing. here it goes.

"I tried everything," the 26-year-old said on court. "Rafa is a deserving champion, he just played fantastic. "It(the rain) didn't make it easier but I expected the worst. It's the worst opponent on the best court. It's been a joy to play here again. It's a pity I couldn't win it but I'll be back next year." he was still so cool and calm under such circumstances. To be honest they both brought tennis to a whole new level. fucking amazing game. Nadal deservingly won...........he was nvr go outclass fed. Never. He capitalised on fed's errors and played with full concentration. These 2 r surely way way way better than anyone. they r in a league of their own.

Euro 2008 final

And the biggest soccer event has ended in Vienna. Final score LIVERPOOL 1-0 GERMANY. sry i meant Spain not liverpool. But u get it. :). FERNANDO TORRES showed his true class in the biggests stage. he scored for spain aga germany in U-19 final few years back and now he has single handedly ended Spain's 44 year wait with an amazing goal. Surely all who watched that moment would have thought the Phillip Lahm was certain to get to the ball 1st but torres thot otherwise. Spanish footballers r knows to be light weighted but torres showed pure strength and determination to get to the ball b4 getting a deft touch to put it pass Jens Lame-man. he was constantly a menace to the German defenders and never stopped running. Villa? what villa? lol. The final was all about FERNANDO TORRES. Hope he carries on like this forever for Liverpool. With him in Liverpool, title No.19 ain't very far away.

Cos tonite's the night i will fall for u........

Ok. Firstly the title has no connection to the post. And i realise managing a blog and updating isnt that easy afterall........but reading others blog is. hehe. ok i start now.

MYE suck. I really prefer sec sch Mye. Can study last min n hope for pass. Look at JC one.....study 2 days b4 also no point and end up leaving out certain topics. And the teachers r crazy set papers so hard. Who the hell sets a phy paper upon 140?? MCQ 2 marks each..........if they think they trying to help us that way.....they r not. just give 1 mark each wtf their problem. Maths was worse.......dont even noe where to start not cos i know all more like dunno anything thats y. Chem nvm.....25 marks gone from essay n about 10 in section B. lol. I think my teacher sure gonna scold when she reaches my Section c. If i pass chem its a miracle. Maths lol..........maybe they moderate by adding 30 marks then got chance of passing.

And less than 3 Mths to Promos. Mye has less topics, 1 mth supposedly to study still CMI and its only 20%. Promos no break to study, more topics and 80%. this education system is like an elimination system. only the best survives......cant get lucky every time. DAMN! Really wish i was still a baby. Sleeping for like 16 hours when havent done anything other than get carried by ppl, everyone adores u and most importantly u have no responsibility whatsoever. Good times i tell u. Well life has to carry on.....just gotta believe and look at Liverpool for inspiration.

okay on the brighter side. Turkey have been amazing at this Euros. They got to the semis through Pure hard work and self belief. Amazing. Smth i need for promos. hehe. No matter the troubles they faced through injuries, suspension and lack of star players they still Carried on. Hope i can do that too for exams. lol. And yah. Fuck man. PTM damn. Every ptm i die this one will be diff cos i will die bigger. i think i m damn random saying everything i feel lol. no organisation. Btw COME ON SPAIN. I hope they win final........4 liverpool players will get winners medals. I dont really pity Aragones or sympathise with him cos he retiring. cos he is a racist bastard. Just hope the final will be entertaining. And cant wait for EPL to start again. Life just not the same without it. OMG. i think i am like 6 yrs too late to say this but Blogging rocks. lol. damn fun. ppl like can read what i type and everyone in the world can read. omg i m so famous. wat would we be without blogging? i really dunno what to type.

Oh yah. NS KILLS!!! ppl die by walking in tekong. wtf!! S'pore should ban NS(at least in 2010 so i need to go). Blame the teo chean hean guy lah. anyhow kill ppl. so everyone "SAY NO TO NS". First up my first love................Liverpool Fc

The season ended with us finishing 4th in the EPL. No trophies this season but Liverpool will achieve smth next season for sure. On the brighter side.......Fernando Torres(El nino) broke the record for most goals in the league by a foreign player on his 1st season..........24 goals......scored the 24th one in the last game(love u torres). we have also made it clear that we r gonna strengthen the squad as Liverpool have made an offer for Gareth Barry already. its nice to see that we r finally going for quality players and not idiots like Nunez, josemi and Pelligrino. The fucking shit part was that Manu won the title.........but we still have 18 they only 17. and to conclude this May 21st is Champions League final.........Chelsea btr win...........i hate both chelsea n manu but hate manu more.

Life is fine.........sch is okay(hate sch since a child)..........and time just flies.
